2016 Mustang GT ticking noise - is this the dreaded BBQ tick or something else?

Alright Mustang owners, I need some real talk. My 2016 GT has developed this ticking noise from the passenger side of the engine, it's most noticeable when the engine is warm and idling in drive at a stop light. It's not super loud but it's definitely there. I've fallen down the rabbit hole of YouTube videos and forum posts about the "Coyote tick" or the "BBQ tick" and now I'm paranoid that my engine is about to blow up. I took it to a general mechanic who said it's probably just injector noise, but I'm not convinced. A friend who has a Shelby told me to find a proper Mustang specialist, something like the Best Mustang Repair Service Dubai where they actually see these cars every day and know the difference between a harmless tick and a failing timing component or cracked exhaust manifold. Has anyone here actually had a ticking Coyote that turned out to be a real problem? Or am I overthinking this and it's totally normal? The car drives fine, oil pressure is good, no check engine light. But the noise is driving me crazy and I don't want to ignore something that could leave me stranded. Any advice from experienced Mustang owners or mechanics would be awesome. Thanks.
